At Guardian, we lay a strong emphasis on sports and physical development. Our sports curriculum is planned and designed for students to develop and enhance skills like strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, control, balance etc. We have weekly achievable goals for the different skills required for a particular sport and train students accordingly.


Yoga gives the perfect building blocks for a happy and fulfilling life. It is an essential component of the student’s daily routine which helps them maintain focus and achieve more. At Guardian, we provide the best to students and make their yoga experience fruitful.


Guardian believes that morning warm-up with Zumba adds excitement to the day ahead. Zumba involves music and movement of the entire body from head to toe which gives a full-body workout that doesn’t feel like work.

Visual arts education helps the student to acquire sensitivity to the visual, spatial and tactile world. At Guardian, we believe that each student is uniquely talented and to bring out the best in them we provide a balanced curriculum that caters to the range of their interests and aptitudes and promotes creativity.
Visual art includes fine art as well as decorative arts and crafts. The art and craft activities across the grades ensure that each student continues to explore and imaginatively express their ideas and talents.

Aerobic exercise is an important aspect that provides a wide range of benefits for the body and brain. Aerobic refers to how your body uses oxygen to sufficiently meet energy demands during exercise.
At Guardian, students are taught aerobic exercises, making them aware of the major systems of their bodies, reducing the risk of coronary heart disease, improving stress tolerance, and promoting wellness.


Self-defence not only allows one to defend themselves against physical attacks but also helps one in everyday life. As children go through many stages of development, Guardian makes sure that each student is taught the correct principles of self-defence. This also builds confidence in them.
